ABC Walk

All in abeyance, I went for a short walk.

Blithe in zephyr, every sight was a painting.

Candor in my hands, wrapped around my wrist.

Duty on my desk, I went for a walk.

Ephemeral sky was not to be missed.

Fathoming beauty is one thing,

Gathering them through the lens is another.

Hegemony of yellow and blue was spread throughout

In and of itself, it stood there.

Jejune attempt with candor, fingers crossed.

Kindling fire on the water,

Lemon and orange,

Macerated in dark night,

Nothing else visible.

Only the fire was lighting the place

'Perhaps we should get something other than yellow'

Quibbling, I took candor to my hands.

Reticent waters drew better paintings

Still, I would like some pictures.

Tut tut tut

Upshot seems quite mediocre.

Valedictory shot filled with valor

Wanderlust, no more

Xylitol gum in mouth,

Yearning for bed,

Zephyr carrying me home
